The present document regulates the terms for processing users’ personal data compiled by MARIE BRIZARD WINE & SPIRITS ESPANA, S.A. on its website www.marquesdelpuerto.com . In compliance with Organic Act 15/1999 (hereinafter LOPD) and Implementing Regulation 1720/2007, MARIE BRIZARD WINE & SPIRITS ESPANA, S.A. and its employees with access to personal data shall protect the data stored on their systems and on the systems of third parties who are clients of the company. In order to achieve that objective, users of the website are entitled to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition provided for in personal data protection laws and regulations.
