Crianza

Our Crianza wine is our most versatile elaboration, designed to complement a wide range of dishes. A refreshing blend of Tempranillo and Mazuelo. We age our Crianza in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, before sealing it in bottle where it continues developing several months more.

The intense red cherry color, with a slight violet rim, is brought out by the controlled alcoholic fermentation and carefully tailored oxygen supply.

This wine is a beautiful union of fresh strawberries, candied blackberry, pleasant pastry notes and toasty undertones on nose and mouth, a result of fine aging in barrels. An ample beginning, a balanced middle and a dense palate with the presence of ripe tannins give this wine the potential to achieve even more balance in bottle over time.

Elaboration

This wine has been made with Tempranillo and Mazuelo grape varieties.

The wine has remained 12 months in French and American oak barrels and has rested in the bottle until it acquires its aromatic structure to achieve harmony on the nose and in the mouth.

Consumption

Very versatile and easy pairing wine. Recommended with vegetable stews, cheeses, red meats and roasts.

Serve between 16 and 18º C.
