Nuestro Rosado Rioja es elaborado con una mezcla de las variedades Tempranillo y Garnacha, fermentadas separadamente y en contacto con la piel, la carne y las pepitas, usadas para ampliar tanto el color como el sabor.
La selección del mosto, combinado con la cuidadosa fermentación a temperatura controlada, es lo que nos permite alcanzar el equilibro, persistencia y ligera acidez deseada en este exclusivo vino.
Fresco en boca y de color rosa violaceo, este vino empata los intensos aromas a cereza y frambuesas con las notas de cremoso caramelo.
Made from red, healthy and ripe grapes. It was deposited at a temperature of 12 ° C for 20 hours, the skin, pulp and seeds remaining in contact. In this way, the skin yields the coloring matter and the aromatic fractions of each grape to the must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for approximately 20 days.
We recommend combining with pasta, spicy dishes, intense fish, vegetables, fresh salads and white meats.
