Our Rioja White is a young, fresh and fruity wine, elaborated from Viura grapes, a local white variety.
A selection of healthy and mature grapes are part-destemmed to obtain a clear must and then gently pressed to achieve optimum quality.
The wine is fermented at low temperatures to preserve its intense aromas.
With a pale yellow colour with steely glints, it is a balanced wine with good volume in mouth and pear, apple, pineapple and citrus aromas on nose.
The grapes and ripens are transported to the winery where only a part is destemmed, this healthy detail will help to obtain one more must. The paste obtained is directed to a gentle pressing to obtain the best quality. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature for approximately 22 days.
We recommend with appetizers, fresh dishes, fish, shellfish and paellas.
Serve between 8 and 10º C.
